We are the specialist for circular knives for over 50 years. Circular blades or log-saws are our “daily business”. We manufacture circular blades from 80mm to 1200mm diameter, the most of them are made for the hygienic paper industry. Our standard circular blade sizes are:

Every other diameter between 80mm and 47.244inches can be manufactured, with customer-specified cutting geometry made of top-grade quality steel.

Surface treatments | coatings:

The performance of all manufactured circular knives can be optimized with various coatings and surface treatments, adjusted to the requirements of the respective cutting goods.

Examples among the variety of coated or treated circular blades from our production are in particular the Teflon-coated circular blade, as well as our patent-coated “Jumbo Blades” for difficult cutting-processes and “hard” paper rolls.

Furthermore, we manufacture circular knives for other uses and industries as score cutters/crush cut knives, dished knives, hollow slitters/circular feather knives, grooved knives, circular perforating blades, top and bottom knives.

All circular blades can be manufactured by us in different steel qualities. We recommend to use, depending on the material to be cut, the following steels:

The company Fritz Ibach is one of the largest paper circular blade manufactures worldwide. We are original equipment manufacturer (OEM), among other things by Paper Converting and Fabio Perini.
